Drinking Green Tea

I drink green tea every day, sometimes two or three cups. It doesn’t taste great but I believe it helps maintain my weight and skin. My beauty regime isn’t just on the outside. I tend to drink my first cup after a meal but digging a little deeper, there are a bunch of reasons why you should trust in this little cup of goodness.
