Drinking Green Tea
I drink green tea every day, sometimes two or three cups. It doesn’t
taste great but I believe it helps maintain my weight and skin. My beauty
regime isn’t just on the outside. I tend to drink my first cup after a meal but
digging a little deeper, there are a bunch of reasons why you should trust in
this little cup of goodness.
Green Tea –
from the beginning
It was used as a medication in China for thousands of years and helped
with high blood pressure or cancer prevention. It carries more benefits for
your health than black tea does due to its makeup. Black tea tends to be
processed in a way which allows fermentation occurrence whereas green tea
doesn’t. Instead it retains antioxidants and poly-phenols.
